1. Service

StatusGrid provides uptime monitoring (HTTP, ping, SSL) with alert delivery via email and messaging integrations. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything performed under your account. Use a strong password and rotate it if compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Monitor only targets you control or have explicit permission to probe. No stress-testing or denial-of-service against third parties.

4. Liability

StatusGrid will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from outages, missed notifications, or data loss. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
