1. What we collect

Account: email, name, phone number, password hash. Operational telemetry: monitor targets, check results, incident history. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver the service (run your checks, route alerts, render history) and for diagnostics. We retain operational data per the limits on your plan; accounts deleted by the user are scrubbed within 30 days.

3. Cookies and storage

We use a single first-party authentication cookie (refresh token, httpOnly). No third-party analytics, no advertising cookies. The access token lives only in your browser's memory.

4. Your rights

You can export your data, delete your account, or request a copy of your stored records from the settings page once Phase 6 ships. Contact details for GDPR/CCPA inquiries will appear here after legal review.
